It is with great pleasure that we would like to inform you that we have equipped the 21st Trauma Center in Greece and the Paediatric Department in the University General Hospital of Ioannina, with funding provided by MYTILINEOS S.A.

The paediatric Refractometer, which was acquired by our Hospital thanks to a donation by the A. G. Leventis Foundation through the Charity “Pediatric Trauma Care”, is vital for the operation of the Paediatric Ophthalmology Unit of the University Ophthalmology Department of Ioannina. This equipment makes it much easier for the children to receive optical assistance, especially in very young ages. During this pandemic, where keeping a safe distance is critical, this machine is even more valuable.
